COMPUTER TRAINING BY BRAD OTTOSON, IT EXPERT, U.S.A.

Training Period: 10 – 14 January, 2005.

Training Location: Victory School, Lushnje.

Training Objective:

1. School staff training on the Internet.

2. Professional assistance in the creation of a Web Page by Victory School.  Mr. Brad Ottoson , IT expert and partner to the goals of Victory School, Albania, come to our School with the scope of assisting the computer teachers in their work. As the one of the main needs in the Albanian life today is to work in the creation, as well as development, of Web Pages for diverse companies or businesses, Mr. Ottoson assisted us in teaching the computer teachers, as well as the School Director, Florenc Mene, about the basic Internet skills (Internet history, html, etc).

In the four training days, Mr. Ottoson taught them the basic skills to using Dreamweaver, a Web Page-creating program.

Because of his dedication, and the teachers’ attention to his training, the teachers were enabled to create a Web Page for our school’s purposes. This Web Page is now up and running, under the address: www.victory-school.org
