 One of the consequences of the communist regime in Albania is that men’s hearts have been closed for the Gospel. Our church is suffering from this. While a study group in the church was studying Ephesians 5: & 6 they prayed constantly for a long time for their non-Christian husbands. After many prayers they thought of inviting their husbands for a special study of this passage.
 Thus on November 12,2007, the Christian ladies came with their husbands by their arm in a warm Christianlike church room.
 The pastor explained the gospel and the difference between religion (as most of them are nominal orthodox) and Christian faith. Each couple had the opportunity to study the role of the Christian wife and husband in a Christian family. They all agreed about the veracity of the scriptures, but they lack a personal relationship with the Savior.
 Then we had some funny games centering on Christian family values. Some Christian couples shared their experience with the Lord.
These men can be saved only through God’s hand in their lives. And they desperately need a Savior. Pray that God may touch and change their hearts. And pray for the people that God is using in this ministry like Pastor Berti and Rrapi.
May one day we see these men in heaven before the throne of our Lord.
